Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support nurses and help residents with injuries, illnesses or disabilities. The role requires patience, compassion, and a gentle, empathetic approach.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Aide in good standing or graduate of a state-approved CNA program.
• At least one year of experience as a CNA in long-term care preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Good written and oral communication in an interdisciplinary care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides supportive services to nurse(s) and other staff as needed and performs duties as assigned.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living per care plans and procedures.
• Assists with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents.
• Coordinates dining room services at mealtimes, including setup, delivery, feeding, and documentation.
• Delivers nutritional supplements and documents intake; tracks resident weight changes.
• Keeps nurse and supervisor informed of factors affecting performance and resident condition.
