StoneBridge Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support medical staff in providing care to residents with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities in a compassionate and empathetic manner.

The role focuses on assisting residents with daily living activities, supporting nurses, and ensuring accurate documentation. A CNA certification is required, with a preference for CPR/BLS and prior long-term care experience.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Aide certification in good standing or state-approved CNA program with competency exam completed within 120 days of employment.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• At least one year of experience as a CNA in long-term care preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provides supportive services to nurse(s) and other staff as needed and performs duties as assigned.
• Assists resident with Activities of Daily Living as per care plans and policies.
• Assists residents with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transferring.
• Coordinates dining room services during meals, including setup, delivery, and documentation of intake.
• Delivers nutritional supplements and ensures intake is documented.
• Assists weighing residents and reports changes to nurse and supervisor.
• Monitors skin condition and reports issues to nurse and supervisor.
• Assists with toileting program activities.
• Completes flow sheets and documents resident progress daily.
• Keeps nurses informed of factors affecting performance.
• Reports changes in resident condition to nurse and supervisor.
