You will encourage independence, assist in daily activities, and participate in community activities while maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct.

The role requires a current CNA license, effective communication, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current CNA license in the state with good standing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist transfers.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Report incidents and document appropriately.
• Perform housekeeping duties in resident areas and common spaces.
• Respond to resident calls and emergencies promptly.
• Plan and conduct activity programs for residents.
• Assist new residents with move-in transition and provide emotional support.
• Communicate clearly about resident status and meetings.
• Attend in-services and staff meetings.
