Lutheran Senior Services is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide daily supportive and functional care to residents in a team-based, person-centered environment. You will work under nursing leadership within an interdisciplinary team to ensure residents direct their own care and well-being.

You will assist with ADLs, meals, and daily activities, document care, and participate in care plans while maintaining respect, dignity, and safety. Weekend and evening shift differentials may apply.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in MO or IL or PA eligibility as listed

Responsabilités

• Maintains residents’ comfort and provides ADL support
• Responds to call lights and reports observations to nurse
• Assists with personal care with dignity and independence
• Observes residents and reports changing needs to nursing staff
• Participates in care/service plans to improve residents’ lives
• Assists with mealtime and feeds those needing full assistance
• Builds relationships with residents and families with compassion
• Supports resident involvement in daily activities decisions
• Assists with therapies and treatments under licensed staff
• Documents care provided in clinical records
