Job summary

Lutheran Senior Services seeks a compassionate Certified Nurse Aide to provide daily supportive and functional care to residents in a collaborative team. You will respond to call lights, assist with activities of daily living, and help maintain residents’ dignity and comfort under nursing supervision.

Responsibilities include participating in care/service plans, supporting meals, documenting care in records, and ensuring safety in a well-maintained environment while collaborating with families

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in MO, IL, or PA eligibility as specified.
• Ability to perform activities of daily living under supervision.
• Good communication with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supportive care and assist with daily living activities.
• Answer call lights and report observations to nursing staff.
• Maintain residents' comfort, dignity, and safety during care.
• Assist with meals and encourage independence where possible.
• Document care provided in clinical records and care plans.
