Job summary

Lutheran Senior Services seeks an attentive CNA to provide daily supportive care to residents in a compassionate environment. You will work with an interdisciplinary team and support residents' involvement in daily activities.

You will assist with personal care, meals, and therapies under licensed staff guidance, while documenting care in clinical records and maintaining a safe workplace. Prior CNA certification is required, with state-specific registries.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in MO, IL, or PA enrollment as required by state registries.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and families.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and variable shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain residents' comfort and provide ADL care per scope of practice.
• Report observations to the nurse and document care provided.
• Assist with meals and feeding for residents needing help.
• Support care/service plans and participate in resident care decisions.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and proper documentation in records.
