Job summary

• Record notes and flow sheets accurately and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility as directed.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any disclosures.
• Escort residents, assist with transfers, and ensure room readiness and safety.
