Fox-Hollow-Post-Acute seeks a committed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine nursing care and services per each resident’s care plan. You will verify resident identity, follow authorized procedures, and document care with accuracy.

You will report changes to the Nurse Supervisor and assist with meals, hygiene, and mobility to ensure comfort and safety. In this role you will help maintain a calm, respectful environment, support with admissions and transfers, and uphold patient

Qualificações

• Must be a licensed CNA in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions from supervisors.

Responsabilidades

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident care plans.
• Identify residents before procedures using wristband/photo ID.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Assist with feeding, hydration, hygiene, and mobility.
• Transport residents to rooms, a new area, or to the receiving area as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
