Job summary

Willow Knoll Post Acute and Senior Living is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine nursing care and support to residents. You will identify residents, document care, and report any changes in condition to the Nurse Supervisor.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, safety, and compassionate daily interactions with residents. The position requires CNA licensure and a willingness to assist with transfers, meal support, and basic personal care while adhering to established policies

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before care using wristband or photo card.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, or charts in an informative manner.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and report unauthorized disclosures.
• Assist with daily resident activities and personal care.
• Prepare rooms and assist with transfers and transportation.
• Observe residents for skin breakdowns and report concerns.
• Follow facility policies and assist with emergencies as needed.
