Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a 10th grade education.
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant per state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret basic instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents per care plans.
• Identify residents using wristbands or photo IDs before procedures.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Assist with daily living activities and transport residents when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and comply with policies.
• Prepare residents for exams and coordinate with care team as directed.
• Ensure equipment is used safely and report any issues to supervisors.
• Help with meals, hydration, and environmental comfort for residents.
