Job summary

Arbor Post Acute, LLC is seeking a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in alignment with individualized care plans. You will identify residents, document care, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety on the unit.

The role requires adherence to facility policies, confidentiality, and teamwork with nursing staff to ensure quality resident care and timely reporting of changes in health status.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services as per resident care plans and supervisor direction.
• Identify residents before treatments and meals using wristbands or photo ID.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Record entries clearly on flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any breaches.
• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care.
• Prepare residents for medical tests and examinations and assist with transfers.
