Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident assessment and care plan.
• Identify residents before procedures using wristband/photo card.
• Record care entries accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.

Education

Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
