Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver individualized care according to each resident’s plan. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to promote independence while maintaining dignity, and report health status changes to the clinical team.

You’ll connect with residents and families in a compassionate, impactful way, participate in ongoing education and adhere to privacy rules.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate care with dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care per each resident’s care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) promoting independence.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families in a compassionate and impactful manner.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Engage in ongoing learning and development opportunities via seminars and meetings.
