Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated CNA to deliver individualized resident care and support in daily activities. You will report health changes to the clinical team while engaging with residents and families in a compassionate and positive manner.

You will participate in ongoing education and adhere to privacy regulations, with additional duties as assigned. Strong communication and empathy are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care per each resident’s care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report health status changes to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families in a compassionate, impactful manner.
• Participate in ongoing education, staff meetings and trainings.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
