Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in good standing on the Ohio Department of Health Nurse Aide Registry required.
• One year of memory care experience preferred and desire to serve and care for seniors required.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality care and assistance to residents following policies and care plans.
• Observes residents and reports conditions requiring attention per guidelines.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living and mobility using proper body mechanics.
• Ensures resident dignity, rights, and preferences are respected in daily care.
• Communicates changes in resident condition to supervisor and care team.
