Job summary

Ohio Living is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality daily nursing care in accordance with standards and regulations.

Responsibilities include Care Management and Service Delivery, maintaining the Plan of Care, assisting with activities of daily living, and ensuring a safe, clean environment for residents. On-the-job training is provided and English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA certification in good standing per Ohio state registry.

Responsibilities

• Care Management and Service Delivery – 80%: provide daily resident care following nursing procedures and plan of care.
• Ensures Plan of Care is maintained for each resident or patient.
• Assist with ADLs including hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and safety.
• Support dying resident and post-mortem care as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe rooms and observe infection control protocols.
