Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be certified as a CNA in at least one listed state or eligible for PA enrollment within 120 days.
• Strong communication with residents and families.
• Experience with direct resident care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and provide comfort.
• Answer call lights and report observations to the nurse.
• Support residents during meals and feed those needing full assistance.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and report changes to nursing staff.
• Document care provided in clinical records.
