Copper Ridge Healthcare Center in Redding, CA is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents according to their care plans and supervisor directions.

You will assist with feeding, hygiene, mobility, recording vital signs, and ensuring a safe, warm atmosphere while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to facility policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant license as required by state law.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned residents per their care plans and supervisor instructions.
• Identify residents before activities using wristband or photo card as required.
• Record entries and chartings using the facility's approved abbreviations and formats.
• Report changes in a resident's condition promptly to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Assist residents with daily living tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, mobility) and monitor comfort.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information and report any unauthorised access or disclosures.
