Job summary

Copper Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and supervision.

You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, document changes, maintain safety, and uphold privacy in a compassionate, respectful environment. This role requires teamwork and attention to detail to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, an 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals.
• Record entries on flow sheets and notes in an informative, descriptive manner.
• Report changes in residents' conditions to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident health information and report any disclosures.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Observe and report skin integrity, safety issues, and changes in health status.
