Job summary

Copper Ridge Healthcare CenterMT is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with their care plans.

Responsibilities include identifying residents before procedures, documenting accurately, reporting changes to supervisors, and maintaining confidentiality. CPR preferred; must hold CNA license and meet facility policies.

Qualifications

• Must possess a CNA license.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and follow care plans and facility policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident care plans.
• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals; use authorized abbreviations.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Document entries accurately on charts and flow sheets.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any disclosure violations.
