Job summary

• Must possess at least a 10th grade education.
• Licensed CNA as per state laws; CPR preferred.

• Ability to write reports and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information to managers and employees.
• Mathematical skills to apply fractions, percentages and proportions.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per the care plan.
• Identify residents before procedures using wristbands/photo IDs.
• Record entries accurately in flow sheets, notes and charts.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing supervision.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and meals.
• Report accidents, incidents and policy violations promptly.
