Job summary

Ridgecrest Community Healthcare, LLC seeks a certified nursing assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents as outlined in care plans.

You will identify residents, document care, report changes to the Nurse Supervisor, and assist with daily activities, ensuring a compassionate and safe environment across shifts.

CPR may be required; you will maintain patient confidentiality, follow policies, and collaborate with the care team to achieve optimal resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services per the care plan.
• Identify residents before treatments, meals, etc., using wristband/photo ID.
• Report changes in resident's condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
