Job summary

Heritage Park Management LLC is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care in a residential setting in Oklahoma. You will follow resident care plans, assist with ADLs, monitor health status, and document observations accurately.

The role requires a valid CNA license, basic English proficiency, and the ability to work as part of a care team. High school education is acceptable; on-the-job training is provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CNA license in Oklahoma.
• Proficient in reading and communicating in English.
• Experience providing basic resident care and ADL support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, and charts in a descriptive manner.
• Report changes in resident condition to supervisor promptly.
• Weigh residents and monitor vital signs per care plan and document results.
• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, and mobility.
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and activities of daily living.
• Maintain infection control procedures and safety standards.
• Assist with exams, tests, and appointments as needed.
• Attend shift reports and participate in care planning and coordination.
