Job summary

Ohio Living seeks a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to deliver high-quality daily nursing care in our Ohio Living facilities. The CNA will follow nursing procedures, maintain Plan of Care, and assist residents with ADLs, nutrition, hygiene, mobility, and comfort. The role includes providing compassionate care for the dying and maintaining a calm, warm environment.

High school diploma or equivalent is required, and CNA certification must be in good standing. On-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in good standing on the Ohio Department of Health Nurse Aide Registry required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily resident and patient care per nursing procedures and instruction of Charge Nurse.
• Maintain Plan of Care for resident or patient.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) including hygiene, mobility, nutrition and hydration.
• Assist with care of dying residents and post-mortem care.
