Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides daily resident/patient care per nursing procedures and Plan of Care.
• Assists with ADLs including hygiene, mobility, nutrition and hydration.
• Maintains clean, safe rooms; follows infection control standards.
• Reports changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse and participates in care conferences.
