Job summary

Royal Health Group is seeking a passionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Meadow View Nursing in North Reading, MA. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support nursing staff in hospice care, ensuring a safe, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

Must be certified by the State and able to provide resident care.
Strong compassion and communication with residents and families.
Knowledge of HIPAA and resident privacy protections.
Ability to lift and transfer residents safely and effectively.
Experience in nursing facilities or hospice care is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating).
Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, BP).
Respond promptly in emergencies and provide hospice care support when needed.
Assist nursing staff in delivering hospice care to terminally ill residents.
Lift and transfer residents using proper techniques and equipment.
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control protocols.
Document resident information accurately in compliance with HIPAA.
Collaborate with healthcare team to provide comprehensive resident care.
