Reflections Retirement Community in O'Fallon, IL is seeking a part-time CNA to deliver individualized resident care on the 2nd shift. You will assist with ADLs, promote independence, and communicate with the care team to ensure dignity and quality of life.

Ideal candidates hold a CNA certification, a high school diploma or GED, and demonstrate strong communication. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current certification from an accredited CNA program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident's care plan.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner.
• Engage in continuous learning and development through seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with confidentiality and privacy rules for resident information.
