Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in Macomb, IL is seeking a Part-Time CNA for the 2nd shift. You will deliver individualized resident care per care plans, assist with ADLs, and report health status changes to the clinical team.

You will engage with residents and families with compassion, participate in ongoing education, and uphold confidentiality. Growth opportunities and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident's care plan.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
