Reflections Retirement Community in Joliet, IL is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant for a full-time 2nd shift. You will deliver individualized care, assist residents with ADLs, follow each care plan, and promptly report changes in health status to the clinical team.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent.
• Current certification from an accredited CNA program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care as per each resident's care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate manner.
• Attend educational seminars and staff meetings for ongoing learning.
• Comply with confidentiality and privacy regulations.
