Reflections Retirement Community in Dwight, IL is seeking a dedicated CNA to join our full-time team on the 2nd shift. You will provide resident care aligned with each care plan, assist with ADLs, and maintain dignity and independence.

You will report health status changes to the clinical team, communicate compassionately with residents and families, participate in ongoing training, and comply with privacy rules. We offer competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent.
• Current certification from an accredited CNA program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Provide assistance with ADLs while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
