Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate compassion and dignity in care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care per resident care plans.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence.
• Report changes in resident health to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families with compassion and impact.
• Participate in ongoing learning through seminars, meetings, and training.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
