You will manage incoming calls, schedule patient appointments according to office guidelines, greet and register patients, collect and verify demographics and insurance information, including co-pays and deductibles, prepare patient charts, conduct all check-in and check-out functions, process

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience or clerical work.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and healthcare policies.

Responsabilités

• Manage incoming phone calls and schedule patient appointments according to office guidelines.
• Greet and register patients with warmth and efficiency.
• Collect, verify, and update patient demographics and insurance information, including co-pays and deductibles.
• Prepare patient charts and handle all check-in and check-out functions.
