You’ll guide them through admissions with empathy, manage docs, support inbound calls, and become a subject matter expert on autism to help families understand care options.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
• Passion for work that benefits children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
• Willingness to be part of a caring, team-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administrative functions for busy clinics, including document management and communications.
• Provide great support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to explain how ABC helps children and families.
• Support marketing and admissions tasks to aid operations leadership.
• Embody ABC core values and be a cultural role model for teammates.
