Job summary

PACS is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine nursing care to residents according to plans and supervisor directions. You will identify residents, document care, and maintain a safe, supportive environment on your shift.

The role emphasizes accuracy in reporting, confidentiality of patient information, and cooperation with nursing staff. CPR may be preferred; 10th grade education minimum and state CNA license are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident assessment and care plan.
• Identify residents before treatments using wristband or photo ID.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and document entries accurately.
• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility as trained.
• Ensure resident safety and proper transfers, lifts, and positioning.
