Sweetwater Care is seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant to provide routine nursing care in accordance with policies and procedures. This role reports to the Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nurses, or Administrator to maintain high-quality resident care.

Requirements include a valid CNA license, at least 6 months CNA experience or clinical CNA exposure, and fluent English. The position involves patient rounds, accurate ID checks, bed-making, and assisting with daily resident needs

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a CNA license.
• Minimum 6 months CNA experience or clinical experience during certification.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Demonstrated empathy and ability to work with elderly residents.

Aufgaben

• Perform duties per facility policies and nursing care procedures.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals to ensure correct care.
• Report missing ID bands to admission coordinator immediately.
• Make beds and tidy bedside/overbed tables.
• Ensure water pitchers are cleaned, filled and within resident reach.
• Other related duties as directed by supervisors.
