Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine nursing care according to established policies and procedures. You will work under the direction of Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nurses or Administrator to maintain high-quality resident care.

The role requires a CNA license, at least 6 months of CNA experience or clinical CNA coursework, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Must hold a CNA license.
• Minimum 6 months CNA experience or clinical CNA coursework.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Ability to interact professionally with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per facility policies and nursing care procedures.
• Make resident rounds at the start of each shift and every two hours.
• Verify resident ID before care or meals to ensure correct care.
• Report missing ID bands to admissions coordinator immediately.
• Make beds and keep bedside tables clean.
• Ensure water pitchers are cleaned, filled, and within resident reach.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors or administrator.
