Job summary

Associated Catholic Cemeteries seeks a Family Service Advisor to assist families during at-need arrangements, set in-office appointments, and present Family Service materials with compassion. The role includes obtaining referrals, maintaining accurate records, and presenting a professional image in a sacred setting.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required or equivalent.
• 2 years sales experience, cemetery preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist families in the cemetery office during arrangements.
• Set in-office appointments and present Family Service materials.
• Obtain referrals and follow up with families.
• Maintain contracts and paperwork timely and clear.
• Present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Lead committal services as needed and greet families on arrival.
• Participate in meetings, share ideas, and assist with sales materials.
• Support mission of the Church and collaborate with clergy.
