VOALA is seeking a Case Manager (Specialist) to provide intensive, on-site case management for eligible clients in the Los Angeles area. You will meet participants weekly, coordinate services, and act as their advocate across judicial, social service, and community settings.

This role requires coordination of care plans, thorough documentation, and strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate has an Associate’s Degree in Social Work or related field (or equivalent experience) and at least 1

Qualificações

• Fingerprint clearance and background check required.
• Ability to work under emotional stress with vulnerable clients.
• Associate’s Degree in Social Work or related field, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of case management or similar experience.
• Completion of VOALA Case Management training within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct screenings and assessments to collect client information and develop a case plan.
• Coordinate care and connect clients to services and supports.
• Advocate for clients before agencies and community bodies as needed.
• Lead group education sessions and document progress.
• Maintain on-site presence and complete required duties.
