Job summary

The Arizona Department of Child Safety is seeking an Assistant Case Manager - Case Aide to support families under a Case Manager in Tucson and Yuma offices. You will perform direct services, coordinate appointments, and assist with transportation and court appearances.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain a DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card. E-Verify compliance is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to obtain DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Compliance with E-Verify for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Support children and families under the direction of a Case Manager.
• Provide direct services in Department of Child Safety programs.
• Transport clients and ensure proper use of child safety seats.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate services.
• Supervise parent-child visits.
• Refer clients to community resources.
• Attend court hearings and required meetings.
• Document client interactions and activities.
• Provide general case management and clerical support.
