Job summary

ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF CHILD SAFETY in Tucson, AZ is hiring an Assistant Case Manager - Case Aide for the After Hours Investigation Unit. The role supports children and families under a Case Manager, transports clients, and coordinates services in a demanding, shift-driven environment.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and ability to obtain a DPS fingerprint clearance card.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Support children and families under the direction of a Case Manager.
• Provide direct services in Department of Child Safety programs.
• Transport clients and ensure proper use of child safety seats.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate services.
• Supervise parent-child visits.
• Refer clients to community resources.
• Attend court hearings and required meetings.
• Document client interactions and activities.
• Provide general case management and clerical support.
