Arizona Department of Child Safety (DCS) is hiring an Assistant Case Manager – Case Aide in the Phoenix metro area. The role involves supporting children and families under a Case Manager, providing direct services, transporting clients, scheduling appointments, supervising visits, and coordinating with community resources.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory 39 month driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Driver’s license required for essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Support children and families under the direction of a Case Manager.
• Provide direct services in Department of Child Safety programs.
• Transport clients and ensure child safety seats are used properly.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate services.
• Supervise parent–child visits.
• Refer clients to community resources.
• Attend court hearings and required meetings.
• Document client interactions and activities.
• Provide general case management and clerical support.
