Job summary

Arizona Department of Child Safety in Avondale, Glendale, Peoria and Phoenix is hiring an Assistant Case Manager – Case Aide. You will support families under the direction of a Case Manager, transport clients, schedule appointments, supervise visits, and coordinate services.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a fingerprint clearance card. Benefits include comprehensive insurance, retirement, holidays, and parental leave.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory 39 month driving record.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a valid Department of Public Safety Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• A record of work history, Central Registry and Public Record will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support children and families under the direction of a Case Manager.
• Provide direct services in Department of Child Safety programs.
• Transport clients and ensure proper use of child safety seats.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate services.
• Supervise parent-child visits and refer clients to community resources.
• Attend court hearings and required meetings.
• Document client interactions and activities.
• Provide general case management and clerical support.
