Arizona Department of Child Safety (DCS) is hiring a Case Aide - Records Assistant for our Casa Grande location. The role involves supporting case managers, managing electronic records, and handling court documents and packet preparation.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card. You may drive as part of duties, including transporting clients and attending hearings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory 39 month driving record
• The ability to obtain and maintain a valid Department of Public Safety Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Work history, Central Registry and Public Record will be considered

Responsibilities

• Support children and families under the direction of a Case Manager
• Document Management of electronic case records
• Prepare, redact, and manage court documents, disclosures, and case packets
• Supervise parent-child visits
• Participate in a variety of meetings and/or client hearings
• Transport clients and ensure proper use of child safety seats
• Provide general case management and clerical support
