Arizona Department of Child Safety (DCS) in Flagstaff seeks an Assistant Case Manager – Case Aide to support families under the direction of a Case Manager. The role involves direct services, client transportation with proper safety seats, and coordinating appointments and services.

You may work outside regular hours, including weekends and holidays. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and eligibility for a fingerprint clearance card.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Department of Public Safety Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Work history, Central Registry and Public Record will be considered

Responsibilities

• Support children and families under the direction of a Case Manager.
• Provide direct services in Department of Child Safety programs.
• Transport clients and ensure proper use of child safety seats.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate services.
• Supervise parent-child visits.
• Refer clients to community resources.
• Attend court hearings and required meetings.
• Document client interactions and activities.
• Provide general case management and clerical support
