Stand Out Home Care is seeking experienced and dependable caregivers to join a growing team across Tennessee. We provide personalized in-home care for private-pay clients, VA, and CHOICES programs, with weekly pay and diverse scheduling options.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.
• Able to complete required background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Following individualized client care plans.
