Stand Out Home Care is hiring experienced caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Tennessee, with services including VA and CHOICES programs. The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities, weekly pay, and room for growth as the company expands.

Caregivers assist with daily living activities, personal care, mobility and meal prep, while maintaining a safe home and following individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• Dependable, professional and compassionate
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to complete required background and compliance screenings

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and supervision
• Running errands and daily routines
• Following individualized client care plans
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Reporting changes in a client's condition to the appropriate team member
