Job summary

At Peace Healthcare Agency is seeking compassionate Caregivers / PCAs to join our growing team. We provide one-on-one non-medical care, companionship, and daily living support in clients' homes. No medical tasks required; training provided.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of personal care experience preferred.
• Proof of current TB testing required.
• Must be physically able to perform the essential duties of the position.
• Must have reliable transportation and, if transporting clients, a valid driver's license and insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, non-medical personal care, companionship, and daily living support.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, ADLs, meal prep, and light housekeeping.
• Offer transportation to appointments and accompany clients as needed.
• Provide medication reminders according to care plans.
• Develop a respectful, supportive relationship with clients.
