Job summary

At Peace Healthcare Agency is hiring compassionate Caregivers/PCA to join our growing team, providing one-on-one personal care and companionship to seniors and adults with disabilities in home settings.

As a Caregiver/PCA you will support daily living activities, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and transportation when needed, always prioritizing dignity and independence. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of experience and reliable transport.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of personal care experience preferred.
• Background checks and TB testing required.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one non-medical personal care and companionship.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, ADLs, meals, light housekeeping.
• Support mobility, transfers, and medication reminders per care plan.
• Ensure client safety and dignity in daily routines.
• Coordinate transportation to medical appointments when needed.
