Job summary

At Peace Healthcare Agency is hiring compassionate, reliable Caregivers / Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to support seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes. You will provide one-on-one non-medical care, companionship, and daily living assistance to help clients maintain dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• 1 year of personal care experience preferred.
• Experience as a Caregiver, PCA, HHA, or similar role is a plus.
• Proof of current TB testing required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, dependable one-on-one personal care based on each client's care plan.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and daily living activities.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote independence and engagement.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe movement within the home.
• Provide medication reminders per care plan and assist with appointments as needed.
