Qualifications

• At least 1 year of personal care experience preferred.
• Proof of current TB testing required.
• Must be physically able to perform the essential duties of the position.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• If transporting clients, must have a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical personal care, companionship, and daily living support.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and ADLs.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding; light housekeeping and laundry.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and support daily routines.
• Provide transportation to medical appointments and community activities when applicable.
• Provide medication reminders according to care plan.
